ESSENTIAL
Benefit from the assurance of consistent rental income with our Essential package. Designed for landlords looking for security and simplicity, this package guarantees all the rents from your bookings.
What’s included:
✅ Uniplaces Rent Guarantee: Rent payments are guaranteed in case of early departure.
Conditions:
Temporary Exclusivity: The landlord commits not to market any of the selected listings through any means other than Uniplaces’ platform until 30 days before the next availability date, with a minimum of 30 days of exclusive listing.
If during the exclusivity period, the offer is listed in another accommodation marketplace, listings websites, Google, Meta groups, or any other similar websites, the Landlord agrees to incur a penalty payable to Uniplaces equivalent to one month’s rent as announced in Uniplaces. If the booking is accepted by the Landlord outside the Exclusivity period, it will not benefit from Uniplaces Rent Guarantee.
The contract can be terminated at any time by either party with a minimum 90-day notice.
UNIQUE

The contract can be terminated at any time by either party with a minimum 90-day notice.

Conditions
Full Exclusivity: The landlord commits not to market any of the selected listings through any means other than Uniplaces’ Platform. Cost of 18% monthly commission during the agreed booking period.
If during the exclusivity period the listing is listed in another accommodation marketplace, listings websites, Google, Meta groups or any other similar websites, the Landlord agrees to incur in a penalty payable to Uniplaces equivalent to two months rent as announced in Uniplaces.
The contract can be terminated at any time by either party with a minimum 90-day notice.
